We had a great time! Bob and Cookie were great! Accommodations were good! Would have liked to spend more time in Bamburg. Tours were very informative. Tour of Munich was informative, but a little long. Would do it again!

Great trip. Well organized. Would do it again.

We enjoyed the sights we saw and the meals were very good but there seemed to be a great deal of confusion coming from the home offices of Wherever Tours/Bierhaus Travels. The itinerary we copied from your web page did not match the itinerary we were mailed. Among other things it said we were traveling to a town called Dinkelsbuhl and spending the night instead of going to Nurnberg. It also said that we would be having breakfast in Nurnberg followed by breakfast in Munich, lunch in Munich, another lunch in Munich included with dinner on our own in Munich. That would be 5 meals on the first day in Munich! It appeared that the itinerary for a previous tour was thrown together with the tour we were going on and no one bothered to proofread it. My wife and I like to carefully plan what we will do on our free time. In most cases this was impossible to do since we didn't know the time "free time" would start and exactly where we would be when it did. Our guide spent a lot of time calling back to the home office trying to get clarification on what was supposed to happen, when and where it was supposed to happen. The Le Meridien hotel in Nurnberg was the best hotel we stayed at but the Arthotel in Munich should be deleted as most of its amenities were closed just when you wanted to use them.

We loved the trip! The hotels chosen were nice and in a great location. There was a lot of food with the included meals, but we think some money could be saved if you could chose your own. The guides chosen were knowledgeable, pleasant, and funny (Kurt Kreig was particularly awesome). The tours were just long enough and there was plenty of free time to allow you to explore on your own or shop. The coach driver, Jan, was fantastic. We would do this trip again with no question!
